She treats each home as if it were her own; is attentive to guests before, during, and after their stay; and she is an excellent communicator. Commissions and fees are transparent and reasonable. We moved into the house she was managing for us, but we plan to have a local short-term rental property in the future, and Cyndi will definitely be our go-to manager again when the time comes. We had no experience with the rental market and knew it wasn't practical for us to manage it living over an hour from Bloomington.
