**Airbnb policy imposes a strict party/event ban** A gathering on the premises is permitted only if you receive express consent from the host at least one week before check-in and provide all the following info: the nature of the gathering, the expected number of people (not to exceed 16 persons including registered guests), date, and time. This is absolutely necessary so that the host can complete cleaning protocols after check-out and adequately prepare the space for the next guest. An additional $50 cleaning fee may apply.

No smoking, e-cigarettes, vaping, candles, incense, etc. inside the house, on the porch, or on the patio area. Cigarettes and cigars must be properly extinguished and placed in the trash.
Respect neighbors and comply with local ordinances including noise levels. Quiet hours 11pm-7am. Park in the spot by the garage. Street parking in the vicinity requires a permit, so plan to park in the driveway by the garage. Additional parking is available at the end of the cul-de-sac in front of the green house (728 S Swain) in front of the brown double garage doors.
Never flush wipes of any kind, feminine hygiene products, etc. down the toilet. Dispose of these items in the trash.
