Small-to-medium sized well-behaved dogs considered with prior consent of host. Message host for details. Additional rules and a per night pet fee for each dog plus a pet cleaning charge (for shredding dogs only) will apply.
**Airbnb policy imposes a strict party/event ban** A gathering on the premises is permitted only if you receive express consent from the host at least one week before check-in. An additional $30/hr cleaning fee may apply.
No smoking, e-cigarettes, vaping, chewing tobacco, candles, incense, etc. inside the house, on the porches, or patio area. Cigarettes and cigars must be properly extinguished and placed in the trash.
Respect neighbors and comply with local ordinances including noise levels. Quiet hours 11pm-7am. Do not block the alley or neighbors’ driveways.
Never flush wipes of any kind, feminine hygiene products, etc. down the toilet. Dispose of these items in the trash.
Turn off space heater when not in use and when leaving the house.
When small children are present, keep the kitchen door leading to the laundry room closed at all times.
Use the gas grill at your own risk. Grill must be operated at least 4 feet from any structure so the heat doesn’t melt the vinyl siding. Turn off grill and gas valve immediately when finished.
Do not approach the fence on the east side of the property. All outbuildings are off limits.

Promptly report damaged, malfunctioning, and missing items to host through the app. Note that damage to property and/or failure to comply with all rules may result in guests being reported to Airbnb, additional charges, and/or further action if warranted.
