All guests must read the onsite house manual upon arrival and comply with all rules therein and with posted signs, and must complete the check out list before departure. By booking a reservation, all guests, for the full duration of their stay, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host, property owner, and In Bloom Rentals from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by the guest or individuals invited onto the property by the guest. This includes injury or property damage as a result of using the amenities including but not limited to the fire pit, hot tub, bicycle, etc.
